What is Valet Parking?

Valet Parking means you hand over your car directly at the airport to us, and we park it safely for you. You don't have to worry about parking. When you return from your trip, we bring your car directly to you. This way, you save time and avoid the hassle of searching for a parking space.

Are parking spaces available for all vehicle types?

Yes, we have parking spaces for all vehicle types. Whether you come with a small car, a large SUV, or an electric vehicle – we have the right parking spot for you. All vehicles fit comfortably in our parking spaces.

Is my vehicle insured during the parking period?

We have liability insurance that covers damages caused by our drivers. However, we cannot take responsibility for damages caused by third parties.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

We keep track of your flight times and respond to minor deviations automatically. However, if there are significant delays or changes to your flight plan, please inform us as soon as possible. Extended parking periods may incur additional costs.

How can I cancel my parking reservation?

You can cancel your parking reservation at any time. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, a 100% fee will be charged. No fees are incurred for earlier cancellations. Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation or contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.

Are charging stations available for electric vehicles?

Currently, we do not offer charging stations for electric vehicles. However, we plan to implement this service in the future.
